With numerous photographs, plus maps. From d/j flap - 'On 20th April 1843 Garibaldi's Red-shirts were born in Montevideo, Uruguay. In May 1915 they died in France, in the forests of Argonne. During those seventy years the Garibaldini fought, in the name of liberty, throughout the world. (10"h x 7½"w) (25cms x 19.5cms).
